 Cindi McDowell (LIMHP, PLADC, CFRE) is a clinical therapist and addictions counselor. She specializes in trauma and trauma-based addictions in her therapy practice and is a trainer for SBIRT, trauma informed care, and QPR suicide prevention. 

 

Kayla. A Coghlan (MS, LMHP, CPC) is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and a licensed Professional Counselor. Kayla obtained both her Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science and Master's degree in Clinical Counseling at Bellevue University, in Bellevue, Nebraska.

 

Kayla is currently enrolled in a doctoral program for her Nurse Practitioner-Mental Health degree through UNMC-Kearney.  She is a facilitator for several classes through Hall County Adult Probation Office.  Kayla has over 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults with behavioral disorders, chronic mental health disorders, substance use disorders and emotional/social disorders.  

 

Kayla moved to central Nebraska 3 years ago to make a difference, and to offer much needed mental health services to rural communities.  Kayla is a mom with 2 boys and loves spending her time with them, being outside and anything to do with sports and reading.  She is qualified in diagnosis, treatment, and prevention skills for many mental health problems including; anxiety, depression, and trauma. Kayla utilizes play therapy techniques and sand tray therapy.

Nikki Frenzen (MS, PLMHP) is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. Nikki obtained both her Bachelor's degree in Human Service Counseling and Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health at Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska. Nikki was born and raised in central Nebraska in a small rural community. Being able to bring Mental Health services to rural communities is near and dear to Nikki's heart. Nikki has 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with behavioral disorders and chronic mental health disorders.  Nikki is trained in Brainspotting and Traum-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and utilizes several therapeutic theories to guide treatment.  Nikki enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and enjoying the outdoors.

Lisa White (MA, PLMHP, PLACD)  - our newest therapist is now taking referrals.

Lisa is a provisionally licensed drug and alcohol therapist.  She received an Associates in Drug & Alcohol Counseling at Central Community College. Her Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science is from Bellevue College. She earned her MA in Mental Health from Doane University.

Lisa enjoys working with all of her patients. She particularly identifies with patients who experience alcohol and drug substance abuse challenges combined with mental health diagnoses.  She understands these are difficult combinations to overcome.  She is recovering from both issues and has been sober for 8 years.  She has also been drug-free for 14 years and counts each and every day as a blessing!

In her spare time, she is an avid reader, and a motorcycle enthusiast.  She is a member of the National Veterans Association.
